Inshore Fishing:
Inshore fishing, also known as light tackle fishing, is always a blast! Guests get to use spinning rods with bait like squid, chicken or fun lures—depending on what’s biting that day. There are two ways to do it: light tackle trolling or bottom fishing. The best part? You’re casting into fish hotspots, so the catch rate is usually good!
Light Tackle Trolling:
Rods will be set for trolling over shallow areas and reefs.
Bottom Fishing:
The boat will be anchored over a reef and rods will be cast and jigged to entice the fish to your hook.
Species Typically Targeted:
Amberjack, barracuda, kingfish, grouper, snapper, yellowtail, and mackerel.

What You Can Catch Inshore

Offshore/Deep Sea Fishing:
Offshore fishing, also known as deep sea fishing is where the toughest fighting and larger fish can be found. In Nassau we do not have to travel far to get to the ocean as the continental shelf drops off only about a half mile from shore. Guests will use 50 wide Shimano reels baited with a variety of skirted ballyhoo, plugs, and lures depending on what fish you are targeting.
Species Typically Targeted:
Mahi-mahi, blue marlin, yellow fin tuna and wahoo.
